Is your site secure?

Yes. We use a secure card payment system via Sage Pay to ensure that your information is dealt with in the strictest confidence.

What happens to my information?

We guarantee that your personal contact information will be kept private and secure; we don't sell or rent information to any third parties. We destroy payment and card information within 24 hrs of cleared payment. For further details, please read our Privacy Policy

Can I order over the phone or by email?

How do I place an order?

You can place orders directly via our website or through our experienced sales team. Please see our How to Order Page for a step by step guide.

When will I receive my delivery?

We will advise on your delivery date within 24 hrs of order placement via email. Gutters Online always strive to deliver any stocked item within 24 to 48 hours of when the order is placed.

Please note some product ranges may take 5-10 working days to deliver dependent of size or colour of the order.

I need an urgent delivery for tomorrow - can you help?

Please talk to our sales team regarding your order. We will always strive to achieve the best possible date based on product and colour requirements. We can also advise if a similar range or colour choice would shorten the production time.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order quantity.

Can I get volume discount if I order large quantities?

Yes. You could save up to 10% on orders over a mininum spend. Please feel free to call and discuss your requirements.

Can I order online as a private individual?

Yes. We will require a signature for all deliveries.

I want to purchase on a regular basis can I open an account?

Yes you can open an account to ease ordering and delivery arrangements but in order to keep our online prices as low as possible we do not offer credit and would need a cleared payment prior to production of any goods. Please call us to discuss your account requirements.

Do you accept goods back for return?

Please discuss with our experienced team as we produce orders to your requirements but will always discuss your options to find a resolution.

What if I have a problem?
